Please note that our support does not include services such as the creation of instructions, editing of data or remote maintenance. These and other personalized services are available for an additional charge.
Support terms and conditions:
- There is one access to support per user, which is tied to the person or company the license has been registered to. If more than one person requires support, either a separate license or additional support access (monthly or annual) must be booked for each additional user.
- Support is only provided for registered license holders. Please ensure that requests are always made using the name and contact details of the license holder stored in the system. It is not permitted for several people to share a license and request support under a different name.
- If it is determined that support requests are being made by unauthorized users, we reserve the right to refuse support or charge additional fees.
- Support for bugs or issues that have already been fixed in an updated version of the software will only be offered to users of the latest version. For best results, we recommend that you update the software regularly.
