After downloading in the customer account, unzip the ZIP archive (right-click → Extract all…). In the extracted folder you will find the folder

the project project*.qgs with the respective language abbreviation. Open this with QGIS.

Important: your data is stored in database.gpkg. Always back up this file carefully!
