Insert photos/documents

Photos and documents such as PDFs can be added in Tab 11. Only the relative paths are stored in the database, not the files themselves. Therefore, the files should be located in the same or a subdirectory as the other data to ensure smooth transfer to other devices or folders.

Paths can be modified later using the field calculator with replace(string, before, after) or regexp_replace(input_string, regex, replacement).
